At Precision Colors, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right — with fairness, transparency, and a customer-first mindset.
Return Eligibility
- Domestic and Canadian Orders: You may request a return within 30 days from the shipment date.
- International Orders (outside the U.S. and Canada): All international sales are final and not eligible for return or refund.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be unopened and in resalable condition, with all internal tamper-evident seals intact.
- A return request must be submitted within the 30-day return window by emailing support@precisioncolors.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Upon approval, return shipments must be securely packaged and sent to the return address provided below.

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Bundles, Kits & Promotions
- Products purchased as part of a bundle, ink set, or kit must be returned in full. Individual components of a kit are not eligible for return on their own.
- Free promotional items must be returned if the qualifying purchase is refunded.
Replacements for Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please email a photo of the damage to support@precisioncolors.com within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll send a replacement at no cost.
- No return is required for damaged items.
Missing Items
If you receive your order and there are items missing, please email a photo of what you received to support@precisioncolors.com within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll review the order, the original shipping weight vs expected shipping weight
- We’ll send a replacement at no cost for valid claims.
Exchanges
- If you received the wrong item or placed an incorrect order, we’re happy to facilitate an exchange.
- If the error is on our end, we will cover shipping or choose not to require a return.

Large Orders
- Orders over $1,000 are not eligible for return or refund.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
- If an order is returned to us as refused or undeliverable, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping or handling fees from the refund.
Packaging Returns
All returned products must be:
- Securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
- Complete and in original condition with all internal seals unbroken.
Precision Colors reserves the right to reject returns that are used, incomplete, damaged, or improperly packaged.
