To use the cartridge in Ready2Go kits, simply remove the Air Vent Plug and install.
When cartridge indicates empty, remove the Refill Plug and refill with ink and replace like a normal cartridge.
As long as you never empty the cartridge completely, the reservoir will always maintain an ink level. If the reservoir becomes empty, Priming the cartridge will be necessary. See videos and other instructions on Priming refillable cartridges.
